Travel to Orkney

Northlinkferries operates from Scrabster to Stromness, this crossing takes one and a half hours and arrives in Stromness just

opposite our berth.

 

They also operate a service from Aberdeen, the crossing takes 6 hours and arrives in to Kirkwall, then its a 20 minute drive through to Stromness.

 

Pentlandferries operates from Gills Bay in Caithness to St Margarets Hope in South Ronaldsay. The crossing takes approximately one

hour and the drive through to Stromness takes approximately 40 minutes.

 

Flybe have regular scheduled flights to Kirkwall airport and a taxi can be arranged for your transfer to Stromness and costs around £37.

 

 

Travel to Shetland

Northlinkferries operate a service from Aberdeen to Lerwick, Shetland.

Departing Aberdeen at 1700 hrs on a Saturday and arriving in Lerwick at 0730 hrs on Sunday morning.

 

A transfer via taxi mini bus takes around  5 minutes to our berth in the heart of Lerwick harbour.

 

Diving commences mid morning just after your arrival, once you've all settled in.

The first dive of the day is just 15 minutes from the harbour.

Then the last dive of the week is early afternoon on the Friday allowing for ample time to catch the return ferry at 1730 hrs.

Arriving into Aberdeen at 0700 hrs Saturday morning.

 

There is also the option to fly to Shetland, again with Flybe.
